HOW DO I CONTACT YOU?

WHAT SIZE SHOULD I GET?

Measurements for each product have been provided in the description. Please go through them carefully and measure it against yourself to determine which size you should go for. Please note the majority of items are true to size. However, some items fit smaller or larger than the "norm" In this instance, we have noted in the product description and order accordingly.

THE ITEM I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK, WHAT DO I DO?

If there is an item that you want, but it is out of stock add your email to the waitlist by going to that product page, selecting the size you want, and entering your email. It's that simple! We will email you when it becomes available again. 

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

Yes, if you need to make any changes to your orders, please contact our Customer Service within 12 hours of placing the order. Read more here: Refund and Returns 

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT METHODS?

We accept PayPal, Apple Pay, and credit cards (Visa, Master Card, and American Express) 

WHO MAKES THESE LOVELY ITEMS?

At Boujee's carefully chooses it's partners. We proudly work with local artisans and small business in the US and across the world to bring you the most unique, premium items. We do not own or manufacture any product on the store.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEMS AFTER I PLACE AN ORDER?

Delivery to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia, as well as much of Western Europe, usually takes 6-12 business days. Delivery to the rest of the world can take up to 10-18 business days.

These shipping times are estimates and although shipping is often much faster, we, unfortunately, cannot guarantee the shipping times of the free economy shipping service.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ITEMS HAVE BEEN SHIPPED OR NOT?

When your items have been fulfilled, we will send a notification email/sms to your registered email address/phone number. The tracking number is normally available within the next few days.

I ORDED MULTIPLE PRODUCTS, BUT WHY DID I ONLY RECEIVE ONE?

In some cases we may ship out each product separately depending on the overall weight of your package so that our customers don't have to pay Custom and Duty fees

Even though it cost our company a lot more money to ship out the items individually but we feel like it is the right thing to do for our customers. This is way, you don't have to pay unnecessary fees incurred by customs and duty. Please be rest assured all of your products will arrive. You can contact us via Email for tracking information for the items that have not arrived.
